Job Summary

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service during their stay at our hotel. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and respond to any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the telephone switchboard and ensure that all calls are answered promptly and efficiently
  • Assist guests with credit card, calling card, long distance, collect, overseas, and person to person calls
  • Log guest requests, incidents, adjustments, and comment cards into the computer system
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and ensure that they are motivated and equipped to provide exceptional service to guests

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of related work experience required
  • At least one year of supervisory experience required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required
