We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the analysis of one of our company segments (Networks, Studios, or DTC & Corporate) and consolidate the WBD story to drive insights that support management decision-making.
- Ensure the consistency and integrity of financial reporting across the segments and deliver quality reports to Group FP&A on time.
- Build an internal network to effectively partner with business unit finance teams and internal COE teams to consolidate necessary information.
- Deliver thoughtful forecasts and variance analyses, navigating a dynamic environment with a positive attitude and seeking opportunities to drive efficient processes and challenge the status quo.
- Manage and develop the direct team, understanding the metadata structure and matrix reporting structure.
- 6+ years of demonstrated experience in a large corporate environment or relevant experience in investment banking with a focus on consolidation activities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Progressive experience and deep understanding of the business from a finance perspective.
- Experience with financial control, management reporting, and business analyses, preferably within a global multinational organization.
- Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, identify trends, and translate data into concrete actions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Competent in preparing presentation-quality documents and executive summaries.
- High emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, data analysis, and process innovation.
- Experience in using ERP systems such as SAP / SAP Analytics and EPM solutions like SAP BPC, Oracle EPM/SmartView.
- Strong PC fluency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive and hands-on approach.
- Team player who embraces change.
- Organized, self-motivated to deliver quality products, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Initiative and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
