Facilities Coordinator Role

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the facilities building frame and plant engineering. This includes coordinating maintenance building frame and facility services, including outsourcing services such as cleaning, gardening, and fumigation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, coach, and develop a team of 4 direct reports and over 30 indirect reports.
  • Elaborate a master plan and balance scorecard (KPI).
  • Elaborate a detailed budget forecast for each fiscal year for OPEX/CAPEX, with information available all the time for consultation, expense reports for each account, purchase orders in process and closed for each month, quarter, and fiscal year.
  • Carry out personal performance evaluations, set individual PMP objectives, establish performance goals, identify development opportunities, prepare career plans, and training needs.
  • Elaborate a calendar with orders of plant services for water, gas, electric power, fumigation, cleaning, desazolve, water treatment, so that you have purchase orders with available budget each month and ensure receipt of invoices for continuity of services monthly.
  • Assure the performance of preventive maintenance programs.
  • Supervise all maintenance departments.
  • Support projects as assigned by department Manager.
  • Follow BRP values and behaviors.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety-related topics.
  • Enforce Quality BRP policy.
  • Follow up Office Vibe results through action plan.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • GTI standard KPI: Preventive, TPM, Corrective work order close in time good the first time.
  • BRPMS standard KPI's.
  • Office Vibe.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar.

Experience:

  • Min. 3 in similar role.

Language:

  • Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
  • English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
  • Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
