We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Affairs professional to lead our Regulatory Affairs team in Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and performing the preparation, submission, and maintenance of regulatory filings, supervising and interpreting local and international requirements, and providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and perform the preparation, submission, and maintenance of regulatory filings, including initial authorization to lifecycle applications.
  • Supervise and interpret local and international requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams, representing the company in interactions with authorities and industry associations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance for their development.
  • Collaborate with teams of varied strengths to ensure alignment and consistency in regulatory strategies and submissions.
  • Stay updated on regulatory trends and changes in the region, communicating their impact to relevant team members.

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Regulatory Affairs, with experience in leading and managing teams, and a deep understanding of local and international regulatory requirements. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
