Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Technical Project Management Senior with a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering role or similar technical position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tactical onboarding support and management, including tests, validation, and certification.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and schedule checkpoints to ensure alignment and adjustments as necessary.
  • Document and report project progress to internal stakeholders within clarity and ownership.
  • Execute integration tasks by managing the Unite Acceptant Tests (UATs), creating integration tests as required according to the project complexity.
  • Monitor and support integration post-launch to ensure solution performance by addressing technical complex issues and escalating to appropriate internal teams as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering role or similar technical position.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling high-pressure situations.
  • Strong tech savvy in payments industry: Cross-border and Local.
  • High level understanding of code, API, and SQL and programming languages knowledge.
  • Proven knowledge in AWS Cloudwatch, New Relic, Kibana, Datadog or similar systems to dig in and find evidences that could lead to the client's issue or technical question.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Ideally Fluent Portuguese.
