Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Juguetron. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify invoices from suppliers against our system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare shipping guides for the delivery of merchandise to stores.
- Match transportation receipts sent to stores against receipts from transportation providers to verify delivery.
- Update daily reports on merchandise entry and exit, including validation of Cedis entry and exit to stores and vice versa, including internal consumption materials.
- Deliver transportation releases to our finance department for payment processing.
- File documentation related to merchandise entries and exits (invoices, entry notes, transfers, transportation releases, import permits, etc.).
- Verify invoices, costs, and documentation from transportation providers and suppliers.
