Customer Service Representative

Ria is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone and ensuring the accuracy of check verification information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide top-notch customer service.
- Enter or verify customer information in our proprietary system (LexisNexis) with precision and speed.
- Conduct thorough check verifications for new customers.
- Contact issuers to confirm check details before processing transactions.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, is also a plus. If you have a positive attitude, analytical mind, and strong phone etiquette, we encourage you to apply

- A competitive salary: $40,000-$50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
