**Job Overview**:
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an estimated salary of $60,000 per year, which may vary based on qualifications and experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Generate internal reports on immigration status documents, including expirations, eligibility, and conditional expirations;
- Update the case management system with immigration status documents, job details, and client information;
- Complete reporting requests from clients and internal teams;
- Request the opening of billing matters and assist with legal services agreements/engagement letters;
- Audit client records and conduct data cleansing;
- Migrate data and documents for new clients to firm systems;
- Code immigration templates into the case management system;
- Perform other data-related tasks as needed.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- University degree or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a law firm/office environment;
- Proven data entry and reporting skills;
- Experience with data management and analysis tools, including Excel and Power BI (preferred);
- Familiarity with immigration law/processes (desired).
