Job Title: Implementation Specialist

As a member of the Oracle Support organization, you will play a critical role in delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customer base. Your focus will be on resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Oracle CRM applications, including Siebel, EBS, and PeopleSoft
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in on-site customer visits to provide technical support and guidance
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in implementation, support, and consulting for enterprise CRM applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with log reading, SQL tuning, and database configuration
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
