About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at SimCorp. As a Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring that our contracts are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: You will be responsible for managing contracts from pre-contractual phase to post-contractual phase, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Contract Change Management: You will be responsible for managing contract changes, including drafting and negotiating contract amendments, and ensuring that all changes are properly documented and implemented.
  • Obligation Management & Quality Assurance: You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality services and that all contractual obligations are met, including monitoring and reporting on contractual deliverables.
  • Legal Advisors: You will provide legal guidance and advice to our clients and internal stakeholders on contract-related matters, including interpreting contracts and providing advice on contractual obligations.
  • Cost Alignment: You will work with our commercial management team to ensure that our clients' budgets and revenue are aligned with contractual obligations.
Requirements
  • Education: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Law and Economics is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial or contract law, contract management, or IT/outsourcing/SaaS/PaaS contracts.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
