Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Validating requested billing adjustments and resolving discrepancies on invoices using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Assisting the B2C and billing teams in managing customer relationships and resolving queries.
  • Ensuring in-scope billing activities are supported on a daily basis.
  • Providing excellent customer service through verbal and written communication.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced English language skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C, billing, or collections.
  • Ability and aptitude for learning new concepts.
  • Oracle skills (desirable).
