The Role
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to enhance customer satisfaction by reducing escalations and improving the Lenovo customer experience. The successful candidate will support PC Sales Specialists and Client Managers in handling back-office responsibilities, generating system configurations, and offering proactive follow-up and information on comprehensive account support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support assigned sales representatives in the growth and overall management of assigned territory
- Support presales activities and respond to post-sales questions
- E2E ownership and troubleshooting assistance of any back-end operational matter raised by sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience within assigned territory
- Verify credit limits through Accounts Receivable and support resolution of overdue invoices and credit issues
- Accurately process customer transactions (quotes and sales orders)
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
- Help develop top-quality procedures and control check points to proactively find errors and gaps
