Your Role:

The Sales Support Representative (SSR) plays a vital role within the sales organization, providing essential support for customer retention, development, and acquisition. The SSR is expected to demonstrate problem-solving abilities and take initiative while managing a diverse range of requests and tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while being results-driven. Given the collaborative nature of the role, we seek an open-minded and proactive individual who is eager to take ownership and contribute to the company's profitability.

The primary goal of the SSR is to elevate customer satisfaction by minimizing escalations and enhancing the Lenovo customer experience through timely and accurate solution delivery. The SSR is instrumental in supporting PC Sales Specialists and Client Managers in managing customer relationships. This support includes handling back-office functions such as opportunity to contract management, generating system configurations from our product catalog, and providing proactive follow-up and comprehensive account support. Regular communication and coordination with Sales Representatives are critical components of the SSR's role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist assigned sales representatives in driving growth and managing the overall performance of the designated territory.
  • Support presales initiatives and address post-sales inquiries.
  • Take ownership of and troubleshoot any backend operational issues raised by the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience within the assigned territory.
  • Validate credit limits through Accounts Receivable and assist in resolving overdue invoices and credit-related issues.
  • Accurately process customer transactions, including quotes and sales orders.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to boost team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality procedures and control checkpoints to proactively identify errors and gaps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (in progress or completed).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or company is preferred.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken (exclusive).
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment while building strong relationships.
  • Capability to work under pressure, meet deadlines with minimal supervision, and navigate ambiguity.
