Your Role:

As a Financial Controller, you will lead the management of our standard cost system, ensure accurate reporting of manufacturing costs and variances, and proactively inform our management team about potential risks. You will also be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities related to production efficiency, controlling scrap waste, developing operational accounting best practices, and managing inventory.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of the standard cost system
  • Report manufacturing costs and variances accurately
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
  • Control scrap waste and develop strategies to minimize it
  • Develop and implement operational accounting best practices
  • Manage inventory levels and financial performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • CPA or CMA designation preferred
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required
  • Proficiency in computer software, including SAP, Oracle, and MS Office tools
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance in a manufacturing setting

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
