El candidato formará parte de la organización regional de ICT y participará en proyectos de SAP ECC, así como en actividades de mantenimiento de aplicaciones.
Sus responsabilidades incluirán:
Colaborar con el negocio para definir los requisitos funcionales de SAP ECC en el módulo de Ventas y Distribución, trabajando con propietarios de procesos de negocio, usuarios clave y equipos técnicos de IT para recopilar requisitos y evaluar alternativas de implementación. Apoyar el ciclo completo de solicitudes de cambio/proyectos de SAP ECC SD, desde la redacción de análisis funcionales hasta la implementación de soluciones en el entorno de producción. Proporcionar soporte de primer y segundo nivel a los usuarios clave a través de un sistema de tickets. Realizar un control de calidad exhaustivo sobre las entregas de los integradores de sistemas externos.El candidato ideal debe poseer un título en Ciencias de la Computación o Ingeniería y tener al menos 4 años de experiencia como Analista SAP SD en proyectos de implementación en organizaciones medianas a grandes.
Se requiere un conocimiento profundo del módulo SAP ECC SD, especialmente en las siguientes áreas funcionales:
SAP SD
Estructuras organizativas, datos maestros de clientes y materiales, procesos de ventas de extremo a extremo: oferta, contrato, pedido, entrega y facturación al cliente. Esquemas de precios complejos y rutinas de control, procesos de envío y transporte. Verificación de disponibilidad global con interfaz a SAP SCM. Determinación de salidas y gestión de formularios complejos. Procesos de Intrastat y Plant Abroad. Órdenes de transferencia de stock intercompañía e intracompañía. Control de crédito.SAP MM (considerado un plus)
Datos maestros: materiales, estructuras organizativas, proveedores, listas de precios. Procesos de compra de extremo a extremo: solicitudes de compra, órdenes de compra, contratos y acuerdos de programación. Gestión de calidad (QM). Gestión de inventarios.Conocimientos en otros módulos de SAP (SAP FI y SAP QM en particular) y conocimiento de MRP serían un activo.
Se valorarán habilidades intermedias en gestión de proyectos, capacidad para interactuar con clientes internos y proveedores externos en entornos multinacionales, así como buenas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
Se requiere un excelente dominio del inglés y disponibilidad para viajar.
