Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Brose. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our commercial quoting activities, preparing sales orders, and managing customer data in our global SAP system.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support commercial quoting activities regarding pricing and terms and conditions.
  • Prepare sales orders for orders obtained.
  • Prepare reports of business transactions.
  • Enter new customer data and maintain data for current customers into global SAP.
  • Manage contracts, pricing records, sales orders, delivery notes, invoicing, and shipments in SAP.
  • Provide commercial support regarding supplier records and annual sales planning.
  • Support the Customer Team in investigating and resolving customer commercial issues.
  • Assist in preparing pricing proposals and executing contractual negotiations with customers.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external customers.
  • Assist account managers with new business proposals.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with three years of technical sales experience within the US automotive industry, project management experience, and experience with market analysis and marketing. You should have a Bachelor of Business Administration and/or Engineering Degree from a four-year college or university. Proficiency in English and German is required.
