About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in manual testing, SQL, and API testing. You'll be responsible for combining production support and QA activities, processing incoming user requests, and effectively communicating with users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Combine production support and QA activities
  • Process incoming user requests (log, prioritize, investigate)
  • Effectively communicate with users
  • Involve other team members for resolving issues
  • Work with documentation and update the Knowledge Base
Requirements:
  • Experience in manual testing
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Familiarity with API testing
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodology
  • Ability to analyze and work on business, functional, and technical requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Good spoken English
Nice to Have:
  • CloudWatch experience
  • Basic Linux knowledge
  • Experience in testing automation
  • Knowledge of Java, JS, C# or other programming languages
  • Strong knowledge of data-centric testing approach and familiarity with ETL Testing
