• Identify audience trends and develop innovative ideas for OTT content that meets the needs of both audiences and clients.
• Manage, develop, and advise on OTT content generated within the Content department.
• Continuously search for new projects and ideas that align with the requirements of the Content Team.
• Collaborate with creators, writers, and directors to develop high-quality OTT content.
• Work with artists, writers, directors, and other industry professionals to ensure production meets quality standards.
• Analyze new projects and provide input on their feasibility and potential.
• Collaborate with research and data analysis teams to measure content performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Identify business expansion opportunities, including new markets, features, and collaborations.
• Work with the Production team to ensure final delivery materials meet quality standards.
• Take creative input and responsibility during the development of material for projects.
**Requirements:**
• 5+ years of experience in TV or Cinema.
• Advanced/Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Dramatic Structure and/or Screenwriting.
• Strong problem-solving, creativity, teamwork, critical thinking, and communication skills.
