About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Reporting Coordinator to support our E2E process initiatives linked to PBF DX teams. The successful candidate will lead the reporting and analytics for PBF agenda, ensuring the timely delivery of sales performance data to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee end-to-end process execution and ensure good customer service.
  • Track and report KPIs and SLAs related to E2E initiatives and post-mortems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure the right communication for financial administration.
  • Identify, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems.
  • Build stakeholder trust by understanding business context and being a strategic partner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Relevant professional experience.
  • Strategic thinking and results-oriented.
  • Talent development and people-oriented.
  • Assertive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese language skills.
