Commercial Training Coordinator Latam

**About the Role**
We are seeking a Commercial Training Coordinator Latam to coordinate and implement all Commercial Training and Loyalty Strategy initiatives for both end customers and distributors. This role is responsible for ensuring effective business operation and contributing to increasing sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Designing, developing, and implementing training programs for External and Internal Sales Reps.
- Assessing the training needs of the external and internal commercial teams to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Creating comprehensive training programs and materials, including presentations, manuals, online modules, and interactive exercises, personalized to different levels of expertise within the commercial team.
- Organizing training sessions, workshops, seminars, and webinars, ensuring they are scheduled effectively.
- Conducting training sessions either in person or virtually, ensuring engagement and effective knowledge transfer.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs through metrics such as adoption rates, sales performance improvements, feedback from participants, and post-training assessments.
- Ensuring that all training programs comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Keeping up to date with industry trends and incorporating relevant changes into training programs.
- Working closely with other departments such as Marketing, Customer Marketing, HR, to align training initiatives with broader company and brand goals.
- Leveraging technology platforms for training delivery and management, such as learning management systems (LMS), virtual classrooms, and multimedia tools to enhance training effectiveness and accessibility.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or similar.
- 2 to 3 years of experience working in areas of training.
- Advanced English level.
- Use of Excel (intermediate)
- Power Point, easy to make executive and creative presentations
- Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Not mandatory
