Business Reporting Coordinator

PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled Business Reporting Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Business Support operations, you will be responsible for supporting 7-12 Business Support Reporting Analysts in the execution of various workstreams, including Business Analytics, Reporting, Scorecarding, Data Management, and Training Materials.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the PFNA team, including multiple business units, in delivering SLAs and KPIs in compliance with agreed-upon guidelines.
- Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives.
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Collaborate and maintain important levels of communication with all stakeholders (Operations, Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, Fleet, HQ).
- Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed.
- Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains.
- Develop improvement project focus on cost avoidance results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required with concentration in Business, Data Analytics, or Engineering preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a team in a service-focused environment.
- Experience in creating insights and visualization using Tableau, PowerBI, and/or Excel/VBA.
- Working with large volumes of data and proficiency in writing SQL queries on relational databases like Teradata, Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server.
- Python programming language is a plus.
- PowerApps and Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
- English Fluency required - written and verbal.
- Super organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams.
- Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities.
