About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to join Danfoss as a HR Life Cycle Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing employee work events at Danfoss from start to finish. Your primary goal will be to lead and develop a service-driven team of Coordinators & Specialists in North and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on exceptional customer experience.
- Manage daily activities, including performance, service quality, transaction accuracy, key metrics, coaching, and staff development.
- Resolve escalations and ensure full customer issue resolution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years in HR, 3 years in management.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of HR regulations.
- Bilingual or bilingual (English, Spanish).
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
