Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and labor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Retention: Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute staffing strategies based on business needs and forecasts.
  • Talent Management: Identify training and development needs across the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Advise and counsel department managers on HR matters such as company policies, employee relations, compensation, and conflict resolution.
  • Labor Relations: Manage relationships with unions and represent the organization during union negotiations.
  • Performance Management: Design and execute performance management systems, including employee evaluations, feedback processes, and coaching programs to drive employee development and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong background in employee relations, labor law, compensation, transportation, and benefits.
  • Previous experience in union negotiations.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, IMSS, ISR Law, STPS, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in organizational development, labor relations, and HR management practices, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both Spanish and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex HR challenges.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 USD, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
