Leadership Program Manager for Memory Product Development

A DRAM PMO Program Manager (PMgr) at Micron is responsible for the development of DRAM products from planning through qualification and product ramp, adhering to Micron's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process.

Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Capture product requirements, align with business units, engineering, and operations functions, and establish a scope of record prior to SG2.
2. Develop and publish a ProChain-based schedule, monitor progress throughout the project, and drive required actions and follow-ups when execution falls behind schedule.
3. Collaborate with NPI representatives across the company on sample delivery plans for early samples/qualified samples.
4. Establish and lead a Product Development Team (PDT). Hold regular meetings (weekly or more frequently) to track project progress and drive project execution.
5. Make timely decisions on matters beyond the team's scope, advancing project momentum.
6. Ongoing risk and change request management.
7. Drive product qualification and ramp, as well as hand-off to sustaining PDTs according to the established handoff process.

Key Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in program management, driving complex development projects.
2. Self-motivated, outspoken, and able to execute tasks following a structured approach.
3. Ability to quickly analyze data and information.
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Strong presence in meetings and excellent presentation skills.
6. 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or system development, ideally with a good understanding of memory product development.
7. Domestic and international travel required.

Compensation Package:
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
