About the Role

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for driving complex development projects from planning stages through qualification and product ramp, adhering to Micron's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process. This includes achieving program targets, directing Product Development Teams (PDT), and working closely with various functions such as BU, Engineering, and Operations.

  • Capture product requirements, align with stakeholders, and establish a clear scope of record prior to SG2.
  • Develop and publish ProChain-based schedules, monitor progress, and drive required actions.
  • Collaborate with NPI representatives on sample delivery plans for ES/QS.
  • Set up and lead PDT meetings to track project progress and drive execution.
  • Make timely decisions beyond PDT scope and manage ongoing risk and change requests.
  • Drive product qualification and ramp, and hand-off to sustaining PDTs according to established processes.

Regularly report program status to leadership and coordinate report outs at work reviews and program reviews.

We're Looking For

A self-aligned individual with strong communication and analytical skills. Experience in a program management function, with a strong background in semiconductor industry and engineering. Excellent presentation skills and ability to get things done following a structured approach. Ability to quickly analyze data and information, with 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or system development.

A BS degree or equivalent engineering degree required.
