Quality Leader Job Description

At Crane Payment Innovations, we're seeking a highly skilled Quality Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer complaints and quality issues through the Salesforce system, leading the problem-solving process and coordinating meetings for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Generate, analyze, and communicate quality metric reports related to clients.
  • Lead the team in the process of prevention and solution of problems in response to customer complaints.
  • Manage channel-related customer complaints, lead the problem-solving process, coordinate meetings for root cause analysis and definition/closure of corrective actions throughout the supply chain.
  • Integrate new products into production, control concessions, and manage compliance with quality objectives in the business unit and propose improvement strategies.
  • Administer and develop the work team through Human Resources processes.
  • Be a backup for the Quality Manager/VSM.
  • Collaborate in the definition and monitoring of the Quality strategy and define metrics and monitor VS quality.
  • Participate in daily gemba meetings.
  • Lead 6 Sigma projects.
  • Prepare weekly reports (highlights) for the quality manager and VSM related to Quality.
  • Participate in kaizen events.
  • Approve concessions as VS Owner.
  • Prepare month-end reports (Quality - Plant) (COPQ, SADR, OOB).
  • Manage materials return process from Distribution Centers.
  • Lead productivity projects.
  • Quality induction.
  • Core Tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • English level: Advanced.
  • Experience in system audits, managing staff, and attending quality problems with clients.
  • Desirable knowledge of Root cause analysis tools, Problem solving methodologies, Statistical tools, Interpretation of geometric and plan tolerances, Staff administration, Core Tools, and Knowledge of security marks.
