**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Te Connectivity. As a key member of our manufacturing organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and leading technical projects to enhance our manufacturing capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Champion the execution of projects aimed at improving manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste, cycle time, and costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Lead technical projects to develop and deploy new manufacturing technologies and processes.
  • Work with global teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve manufacturing performance.
  • Ensure progress and results are captured and communicated through scorecards and other metrics.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including molding, assembly, and tooling.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with SAP, 3D design software, and other manufacturing technologies.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles.
