Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cloud infrastructure solutions that meet our business needs.
- Coordinate and report operational metrics on a recurring basis.
- Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
- Raise and track issues and conflicts, and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients, internal delivery partners, and external vendors.
- Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
Requirements:
- Proficient and fluent conversational English level.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud IT operations & support, demonstrating analytical thinking and innovation.
- Technical skills required: AWS Cloud Compute, Networking, Access Management, Storage.
- Cloud native tools experience around patching, monitoring, backups, is a must.
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM.
- Experience working with managed service provider models.
- Highly-motivated, self-directed, and able to effectively lead efforts including the delivery of complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
