Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting top talent for high-volume entry-mid level roles.
  • Developing and implementing proactive recruiting strategies to fill pipeline with qualified candidates.
  • Collaborating with operations teams to understand department needs and requirements.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and completeness in recruiting systems for seamless integrations with HRIS and other 3rd party tools.
  • Screening and evaluating candidates using various methods, including online, social media, and community events.
  • Building a bench of qualified and interested candidates for high-volume roles.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in BPO Recruiting in Mexico for high-volume entry-mid level roles (60+ hires per month).
  • Working knowledge of recruitment processes and workflows.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems - Workday a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Unrelenting work ethic and passion for Recruiting and producing results.
  • Strong desire to interact with the public.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to employ proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
  • Bilingual is required.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Schedule flexibility to work Saturdays based on business and hiring needs.
