About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Finance Analyst, Operational Business to join our team at Kellanova. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in translating business needs into IT requirements, leading finance technology projects, and serving as the main contact for finance development leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead finance technology projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and the IT organization, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop business requirements and functional specifications, analyzing customer operations and ensuring designs meet requirements.
  • Execute validation testing, document results, and assist in developing test cases and user acceptance testing content.
  • Analyze current and future states, plan and execute change management activities, integrating these efforts with project management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of business operations and IT processes.
  • Deep understanding of finance-related IT systems, including SAP (Finance Module), Oracle Financials, or other financial management software.
  • Skilled in traditional (waterfall) and agile (Scrum) project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Advanced or fluent in English language (writing, reading, and speaking).
