Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary package for this role, with an estimated annual compensation ranging from $85,000 to $115,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the recruitment and selection processes, training and certification of employees, and developing talent within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development, human resources, or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and administer policies and procedures consistent with Corporate and Plant guidelines to ensure consistent and fair administration.
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate and/or government required reports relating to employment data and employment practices. Assist in corporate or plant sponsored HR and other special projects and initiatives.
  • Strengthen employee retention and engagement through establishing on-boarding and orientation processes with integrated efforts from various functions.
  • Manage annual employee survey cycle to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in organizational development programs, recruitment and selection programs, STPS rules, and training processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
