Solution sellers evaluate market trends and business requirements to provide technical solutions to customer problems. The role may involve selling products from various business lines.

The focus for this position is Nutanix software solution. Nutanix is a leading enterprise cloud platform company that leverages web-scale engineering and consumer-grade design to converge compute, storage, and virtualization into a single solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer and partner relationships for software solutions in your region.
  • Responsible for software revenue, customer satisfaction, and driving growth working with Lenovo Partner ecosystems.
  • Plan and conduct software sales negotiations for assigned accounts.
  • Identify complex problems and work with functions and/or team members to generate and coordinate solutions.
  • Execute ongoing reporting and cadence with Lenovo and Nutanix stakeholders.
  • Provide regular sales and pipeline reports.
  • Analyze new situations, anticipate potential problems, and assess opportunities' impacts and risks.
  • Develop offering reports to communicate status of operations to customers and internal teams.
  • Grow and expand customer product adoption and revenue.

Typical Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related experience in software sales.
  • Language Skills: Spanish fluent, advanced English.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge within Nutanix, Server, Cloud, and Storage. VMware, Veeam, Commvault, Microsoft, Suse, and Red Hat Solutions are a plus.
  • Skills: Presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Hybrid format (3x office, 2x home office).
  • 25% travel percentage.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of software sales and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
