About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Specialist to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon México S. de R.L. de C.V. As a key member of our Consumer Electronics Retail team, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own selected brands to help drive growth and improve customer experience
  • Contribute to improvements in the user experience for customers and create detailed weekly reports on performance
  • Lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them
  • Provide support to drive business growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements
  • BA/BS degree with certificate of completion of studies required
  • 5+ years of experience in buying, account management, project management, financial analysis, and/or marketing analysis
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience communicating and presenting to Sr. leadership
  • 3+ year of experience planning projects, and developing timemanagement skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic level or above of SQL and/or Python
