DB Schenker is seeking a highly skilled Cash Applications Analyst to join our team. As a Cash Applications Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and applying incomes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with DB Group internal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Confirm deposits at our bank accounts to our operational team as requested.
- Apply incomes in a suitable way to keep our portfolio updated.
- Conciliate bank incomes and identify the corresponding recipient.
- Review and update bank's conciliation for at least 5 years each week.
- Apply all incomes of transitory accounts at each accounting close without leaving open entries.
- Request refunds from customers, compensation for canceled documents, and credit notes through our internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with the objectives, processes, policies, and guidelines of our Comprehensive Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Certification) to maintain current certifications and contribute to the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
- 2-3 years of previous related experience with a background in Finance, Administration, Accountability, etc.
- Intermediate English level
- Experience working with SAP and identifying payments within it.
- Collection management and strategies (telephone and onsite).
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms and types of service.
