Client Success Account Specialist With Order Allocation Position

We are seeking a Client Success Account Specialist with expertise in order allocation to join our team at Accutec Latam. This role is a part of our Client Success Services team, responsible for managing and maintaining our premier accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, and order allocation, with the ability to analyze consumer data and optimize sales efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- As primary contact, take inquiries and requests from clients and address their needs.
- Manage and maintain account set up and data updates/changes in Plex and Salesforce.
- Manage and maintain account contracts, renewals, rebates, credits, promotional campaigns, returns, product errors, complaints, and compliance with Sales department.
- Generate progress reports for both internal and external customers that communicate client successes, opportunities, and needs.
- Assist in monthly AR review, reconciling and working to resolve past due AR on accounts assigned.
- Conduct client account review meetings with internal team, operations, sales, and finance to ensure targeted performance goals are on track.
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are on track.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate regularly with the sales team.
- Regularly communicate cross-functionally with key constituents, providing status updates on key customer deliverables.
- Provide status updates to the Sales Manager and Client Success Manager to discuss progress, recommendations, and new ways to become more efficient and improve the business.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum Associate's Degree in Business or related field; or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of three years customer service sales experience.
- Prior experience with order allocation a plus.
- Prior experience using ERP systems, Plex system knowledge a plus.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
- Proficient with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce a plus.
- Prior working knowledge of International Shipping Laws and Regulations a plus.
