Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage spa/salon reservations and cancellations using our software system.
  • Confirm scheduled services with guests and answer questions about available services.
  • Update the reservations list throughout the day and inform providers of last-minute changes.
  • Check in guests for appointments, confirm their first and last name, and provide a general spa orientation.
  • Promote and sell spa/salon services to guests.
  • Process guest payments for spa/salon services and obtain payment authorization as needed.
  • Accept and log cash tips for employees.
  • Balance, scan, and drop receipts with Accounting.
  • Notify Engineering of maintenance and repair needs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
