**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and reviewing documentation, tracking and following up on requested documents, and communicating with stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Collect and review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations

• Track and follow up on all requested documents

• Make and receive phone calls to assist clients with financial transactions

• Organize, record, and process documentation in accordance with defined guidelines or requirements

• Communicate with stakeholders and parties involved in the transaction

• Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the financial transaction progresses smoothly

• Create, maintain, and update internal forms, databases, and documents

• Compile data for reporting and analysis

• Collaborate in projects as assigned by supervisor or project manager

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• CEFR English B2 (Intermediate) or higher

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• Sound judgment and decision-making skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
