Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our recruitment efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in LATAM.

Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet current and future staffing needs in LATAM.
    • Lead the recruitment team at each plant in Mexico to ensure the effective implementation of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Leadership and Coordination:
    • Work closely with business leaders (Plant Managers, HR, Hiring Managers, etc.) to understand their current and future staffing needs.
    • Mentor and support the recruitment team in talent strategies, business decisions, and communication with Hiring Managers, as well as with HR and the business when necessary.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and meets established quality standards and timelines.
    • Provide training for hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
  • Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and processes.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with the team's KPIs, implementing action plans for their achievement and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with all local recruitment and hiring policies and regulations.
    • Prepare periodic reports on recruitment status and present results to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with all areas like Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Services, Manufacturing, etc., also with environments in LATAM.
  • Experience in recruitment strategy projects and market trends such as DE&I.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment practices and labor laws in LATAM.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English advanced.
  • Results Orientation: Focus on achieving recruitment and hiring objectives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changes in the work environment and respond to the needs of different plants.
What We Offer:
  • $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • 25% travel required to visit the 4 plants in Mexico.
