As a successful International Commercial Administrative Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the international sales and commercial operations of Inclusive Collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage international invoices from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient coordination and administration of international transactions.
  • Track and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies, maintaining accurate records of all international transactions and budget.
  • Prepare and verify all necessary documentation for invoices received, including full review of submission and proof of performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers and partners regarding payment status, production information, and general inquiries.
  • Liaise with internal departments, such as accounting and finance, to resolve any issues or concerns raised by the international sales sector.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports related to international sales and expenses.
  • Process international payments and handle currency conversions as necessary.
  • Monitor accounts payables and follow up on outstanding payments to international clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the international sales team, including preparing presentations, reports, and sales materials.
  • Analyze and provide reporting to support international sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
