Helpdesk Associate

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Associate to provide technical support for our clients at Hashmap.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide general L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
Answer technical support calls and escalate to other support groups
Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests
Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct failures
**Requirements:**
Availability to work 45 hours per week
Interest in working on afternoon/night shifts
Advanced English
6 months of experience in customer service
