**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement complex project plans to ensure efficient network operations
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve high-impact issues
• Design and implement testing approaches, processes, and automation of repetitive tasks
• Review requirement documents and define hardware requirements to ensure optimal network performance
• Provide technical direction and act as an advisor/coach to junior analysts
• Develop projects to design metrics, analytical tools, and best practices for network optimization
• Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions to drive business growth
• Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy in decision-making
• Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members

**Requirements:**

• 5-8 years of experience in infrastructure technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience working with virtual and in-person teams, and ability to work under pressure or to deadlines
• Experience in a financial services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills

**Education:**

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
