Commercial Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in targeted regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching our sales team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial sales business plans aligned with senior leadership strategies and objectives.
- Mentor and coach the sales team to ensure superior levels of products, pricing, representation, and service.
- Represent the commercial business unit by implementing trade activity calendars to exploit business opportunities and strengthen brand positions in the market.
- Collaborate with the Architecture & Design community to establish specified business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a four-year college degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of related work experience and excellent communication skills.
