Job Summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and closeout of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee trial activities, including department, internal, country, and investigator file reviews.
  • Perform tasks on assigned trials, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Communicate risks and issues to project leads, providing proactive solutions.
  • Provide system support, ensuring databases are up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a high/secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience in clinical trials, with a strong understanding of ICH Good Clinical Practices, country regulations, and organization/Client SOPs.
  • Excellent organizational, teamwork, and communication skills, with a good level of English (oral and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office and clinical trial database systems, with the ability to learn and master new systems.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
