Job Summary:

Zebra Technologies Corp is seeking a highly skilled ITIL/ITSM Consultant to join our team. As a Senior IT Service Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT service management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and improved service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma)
  • Work proactively to identify and suggest opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Conduct root cause analysis of process failures
  • Capture current challenges, desired outcomes, and recommendations
  • Document agreements and own drafting and revision of new/updated business processes
  • Measure and report on success of new/revised processes

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management, consulting, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing ITSM frameworks and processes
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • ITIL Practitioner Certification
  • PMP Certification
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Jira
  • Additional IT certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Agile)
