Infosys is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Architect to join their team. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts. Key responsibilities include working on complex ServiceNow ITSM deployments, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge modules, and integrations aligned to Industry best practices. The ideal candidate will be able to translate functional and technical requirements into implementation work packages and interact with different architecture, platforms, application, and infrastructure teams to understand and design the solution.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, 5 years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Development and Scripting, Configuration, Validation, and deployment.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing IT Service Management, ITIL processes, and Enterprise Service Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
  • Working knowledge in all aspects of ServiceNow Applications development and Rest API-based integrations with 3rd party applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business.
  • Experience in working with multi-vendor development environments.
  • Interacts cross-functionally on matters that require coordination across the organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily sharing information.
  • Experience of working with ServiceNow platform for global customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ITIL/ITSM.
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills.
  • Good Communication and Analytical skills.
