As a Vendor Solution Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to pre-sales requests, including pricing, services, and deal registrations, for a large group with complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-call response for customer inquiries, focusing on pricing and quoting for identified solutions (30% of time)
  • Perform deal registration, apply pricing, and create renewal contracts (25% of time)
  • Develop and deliver solutions to customers, determining lead time and delivery based on product availability and build lead times (20% of time)
  • Supply final adjusted design solution pricing based on applicable programs, promotions, and add-ons (10% of time)
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and planning (10% of time)
  • Implement actions identified by management to resolve business needs (5% of time)
Requirements:
  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • Associate Degree in Business, IT, or related field of study preferred; High School Graduate with HS Diploma required
  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires
  • Professional, office environment
