Job Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist plays a vital role in sourcing top talent for Right at Home, conducting phone interviews, and collaborating with the Staffing Supervisor to facilitate the hiring process. This individual is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and caregivers, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties. They will also perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling, orientations, and training, while maintaining a positive demeanor in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively source, screen, and attract new caregiver talent into the organization.
- Answer inbound referrals and inquiries regarding our employment opportunity and successfully convert inquiries into appointments/interviews.
- Interview, screen, and test applicants, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of associate work records in software systems.
- Communicate effectively with associates and clients to evaluate service and address any concerns.
- Schedule and coordinate day-to-day activities of caregivers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless office operations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
- Perform on-call coordinator duties as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all interactions with caregivers and clients.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
- Basic office and computer skills, including organizational abilities and excellent interpersonal relations.
- Knowledge of common medical terminology.
- Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work outside of normal office hours as required.
