We are seeking a talented Sales Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions that drive sales and contribute to company growth.
  • Transform cold leads into prospects, guiding them through the purchasing process and building long-term partnerships.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests, working closely with internal teams to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, developing strategies to increase engagement and drive new business.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savviness, experience working with HubSpot and Netsuite.
  • A strong phone presence and ability to quickly build rapport with clients.

  • A competitive salary range of $4,500 - $5,000 gross MXN per month plus commissions.
