Bilingual Travel Sales Representative

As a Bilingual Sales Representative at arrivia, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for outbound calling to market our products and services to members, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our brand and offerings. Your ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish will be crucial in building strong relationships with our diverse customer base.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to market travel products and services to members
- Maintain a deep understanding of our brand, products, and services
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and quotas
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to address member needs and concerns
- Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
- Become an expert on our products and services to assist members in making informed decisions
- Manage member information confidentially and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the importance of customer service in sales
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of relevant customer service experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to overcome objections and build rapport with customers
- Passion for helping others and driving sales
