Area Manager, Operations Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to lead our operations team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our site, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and safety, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Talent Management: Identify, develop, and retain top talent, creating a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including management, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, operations, or logistics.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a logistics or operations environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience with Lean manufacturing methodologies and process improvement.
- Previous experience as a project manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
